All minors (17 years old and under) must have a completed Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, as well as a Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability, in order to enter the Pit area. These forms ensure that both the parent/guardian and the minor understand and accept the risks involved and agree not to hold the facility or event organizers liable for any injuries or incidents.
